A lot of die-casting mold manufacturing enterprises in the process of casting die die often encounter die-casting mold cracking situation, how should we avoid this situation?

3, to reduce the poor pre-production and the corresponding increase in the productivity of die casting;
4, to reduce the die-casting mold heat exchange stress, lost wax casting, improve the life of the mold.

1, the choice of higher quality die-casting mold materials;

4, the use of the correct heat treatment, quenching to be fast enough;

8 to ensure proper cooling of the mold, the temperature of the cooling water must be maintained at 40 to 50 ¡ã C;
9, in the temporary downtime, you can try to shape and reduce the amount of cooling water to avoid the boot when the die-casting mold to withstand thermal shock;
10, the coolant should be turned off at the maximum temperature of the mold surface
